Studio Classes


BC BARRE | 45 & 60

This is our traditional barre class offered in 60 and 45 minute class formats where we incorporate ballet inspired exercises at the ballet barre and Pilates exercises at your mat. This class is designed to tone, strengthen and lengthen your thighs, arms, abs, and glutes. You will work muscles you didn't even know you had. This class, like all classes at Barre Chic is set to fun; high energy music and our instructors are thoroughly trained to give you a safe and effective class.

Our instructors all have different barre backgrounds so you will never take the same class twice. We all teach a different format which keeps you and your muscles guessing. You will NEVER get bored in this class.

BC ALL BARRE | 45 & 60

BC ALL BARRE will be done entirely at the barre. Be prepared to work everything in a short amount of time. The focus will be on the legs but you will still work everything - arms, abs, glutes.....all while at the barre!

BC CARDIO | 45 & 60

BC CARDIO  is our traditional barre class taken up a notch. We will keep your heart rate up, burn a ton of calories and keep you sweating throughout the class. This class will be fast paced and you will move through exercises very quickly. Cardio moves are incorporated throughout the class as well as cardio bursts. Be prepared to sweat!!

BC HIIT THE MAT | 45

BC HIIT THE MAT is our latest spin on a HIIT interval style class mixed in with our traditional barre class done entirely at your mats. Class will utilize our usual barre equipment including weights, ankle weights, balls and more. Class is set to upbeat music combining mat exercises to completely tone the body and cardio intervals for optimal calorie burn. It really is the best of both worlds. Modifications are always offered, and this class is open to all levels. Sneakers are not required for this class.

BC HIIT & STRETCH | 60

Join us for a special 60 minute HIIT class. Class will be structured to include HIIT exercises as well as boot camp style exercises. Class can be done in sticky socks! The last 15 minutes will be dedicated to stretching out those super tired muscles.

*This class is safe for all levels and modifications will be offered for all cardio/HIIT exercises.*

BC SECRET SUNDAY | 60

Sshhhhh it's a secret! Every Sunday join us for a secret Barre class! Classes may vary each week depending on what the instructor wants to teach. You may have a themed playlist, BC HIIT THE MAT, BC CARDIO, or even a BC BARRE FLOW class.

Class will be a secret until you arrive. Just rest assure that no matter what class it is, you will have fun and work hard!

BC CARDIO DANCE | 45 *Clean sneakers required*

Dance your way to fitness with this fun Cardio Dance class. You will dance and get your heart rate up and blast calories. Please bring a clean pair of studio sneakers for class or you will need to wear sticky socks. You will be sure to have a blast in this special class.

PILOXING BARRE | 45

PILOXING Barre is an exciting new fitness 'Barre' workout that is low-impact, yet variable intensity. We use 1/2 pound gloves for the entire class class (please note that gloves are not included, and are optional.) We will use the Ballet Barre for the entirety of the workout, which includes both standing and grounded (mat-based) intervals. Prepare to sweat and have fun!

*This class is safe for all levels and Piloxing gloves are not required.*

YOGA: POWER FLOW | 60

This yoga class is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga incorporates strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. This is still a workout! Plus it will help you get more out of your barre classes!

YOGA: RESTORATIVE | 60

This restorative yoga class is a relaxing, stress release style of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga incorporates strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Plus it will help you get more out of your barre classes! Be ready to stretch, and breath while surrounded by candles and our signature Barre Chic purple lights.

YOGA: CANDLELIGHT | 60

This candlelight yoga class is a relaxing, stress release style of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga incorporates strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Plus it will help you get more out of your barre classes! Be ready to stretch, and breath while surrounded by candles and our signature Barre Chic purple lights.

PiYo | 60

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Aerial Classes


AERIAL: YOGA | 60

BC AERIAL YOGA is a traditional Aerial Yoga class but with a Barre Chic twist. With the use of an aerial silk hammock we will stretch out those tense muscles and work on our flexibility. In this class you will use the silk hammock to assist you in yoga poses and you will use your core, arms, back and legs to ease into stretches safely.

Although this is primarily a stretching/relaxing class we will work on some balancing techniques and strength conditioning exercises.

*No experience is necessary as we will offer modifications on all exercises. Please be aware that we do invert (go upside down) in this class.*

AERIAL: BARRE | 60

With the use of an aerial silk hammock we will work every muscle in the body with movements inspired by yoga, Pilates, dance, and of course Barre fitness. This class is similar to our Barre classes, but the introduction of the aerial hammock results in increased intensity (and fun!). Prepare to sweat, have fun and challenge yourself in ways you didn't know possible. We recommend attending at least 2 of our standard Barre classes prior to attending an Aerial Barre class.

AERIAL: PILATES | 60

 AERIAL: PILATES | 60 is an innovative blend of Pilates, yoga, dance and Pilates reformer inspired movements. This class was created by our boss babe Amy and you can only find this style class at Barre Chic.

The aerial hammock is utilized to assist with proper alignment, core stability and back strengthening exercises.This class sounds relaxing but it is very much a challenging core workout.

*Must be able to hold a plank for 60 seconds as many exercises in this class require planks in the hammock.*
