BC BARRE | 50

This is our traditional barre class offered in a 50 minute class format where we incorporate ballet inspired exercises at the ballet barre and Pilates exercises at your mat. This class is designed to tone, strengthen and lengthen your thighs, arms, abs, and glutes. You will work muscles you didn't even know you had. This class, like all classes at Barre Chic is set to fun; high energy music and our instructors are thoroughly trained to give you a safe and effective class.

Our instructors all have different barre backgrounds so you will never take the same class twice. We all teach a different format which keeps you and your muscles guessing. You will NEVER get bored in this class.

BC ALL BARRE | 50

BC ALL BARRE will be done entirely at the barre. Be prepared to work everything in a short amount of time. The focus will be on the legs but you will still work everything - arms, abs, glutes.....all while at the barre!

BC BARRE BLAST | 50

A cardio-charged class that combines barre work, weights, bands and fun cardio intervals. Low impact and there will be some barre choreography that is suitable for all levels. Great class to get those heart rates up and add a little extra cardio to your weekly routine.

BC BARRE CORE | 50

A full-body Barre workout with extra emphasis on strengthening your core and toning your tummy.

BC BARRE FLOW | 50

Think Barre/Yoga Fusion! This class will consist of a yoga flow series and work done at the barre! Be prepared to tone, stretch and feel amazing!! This class is a MUST try!

BC CLASSIC BARRE | 50

We are taking things back to basics with this classical barre class. The exercises may be more simple than some of our other classes but simple does not equal easy! You will work hard in this class but the structure will be more traditional. This is a perfect class for beginners or those who are looking to focus more on form to help them in all barre classes. Hands on assists will be provided and there will be more emphasis on form and alignment.

PILOXING BARRE | 50

PILOXING Barre is an exciting new fitness 'Barre' workout that is low-impact, yet variable intensity. We use 1/2 pound gloves for the entire class class (please note that gloves are not included, and are optional.) We will use the Ballet Barre for the entirety of the workout, which includes both standing and grounded (mat-based) intervals. Prepare to sweat and have fun!

YOGA: POWER FLOW | 60

This yoga class is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga incorporates strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. This is still a workout! Plus it will help you get more out of your barre classes!

YOGA: SLOW FLOW | 60

This slow flow yoga class is a relaxing, stress release style of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga incorporates strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Plus it will help you get more out of your barre classes! Be ready to stretch, breathe and restore.

YOGA: TONE | 60

Yoga tone is when muscle meets yoga. This fun upbeat class will boost your metabolism and build lean muscles. You'll combine small weights with your traditional power yoga flow. Yoga tone is the perfect balance of strength, stretch & core. Come try a fun new class! Be prepared to sweat and have a blast!

BC T*Barre*X | 50

This fusion class mixes Barre moves with TRX to provide a fun effective full-body workout. All levels are welcome and modifications will be offered. Please arrive 10 minutes early if this is your first TRX class to learn how to use the straps. You must make a reservation for all TRX-based classes. We cannot accommodate students who are not on the list.

*Must be able to hold a plank for 60 seconds as many exercises in this class require planks with feet in the straps. Modifications will of course be offered.*

AERIAL: BARRE | 50

With the use of an aerial silk hammock we will work every muscle in the body with movements inspired by yoga, Pilates, dance and of course Barre fitness. This class is similar to our Barre classes but the fun is brought up a notch with the introduction of the aerial hammock. Prepare to sweat, have fun and challenge yourself in ways you didn't know possible.

*Must be able to hold a plank for 60 seconds as many exercises in this class require planks with feet in the straps. Modifications will of course be offered.*

30 minute classes - $10 drop in or purchase a 5 class pack for $35!

BC CORE | 30

30 minutes of targeted abs as well as exercises to strengthen the back, and more! Great in combination with any class!

BC BUNS & GUNS | 30

30 minutes of targeted exercises to tone and strengthen your arms, shoulders, back and your behind! This class is all about building upper body strength and creating that perfect "barre bum" we all crave.

BC T & A (Thighs, Tris & Abs) | 30

30 minutes of targeted work focusing on the thighs, triceps and abdominals! This class is a great class if your short on time or combined with one of our barre classes.
