We are located at 285 Stage Rd, Unit 6 in Hampstead, NH 03041! Our location includes a beautiful studio space and a group training room. We have lockers, a changing room, book nook, and a restroom. We can’t wait for you to see how beautiful the studio is!

We offer fun and effective fitness classes for all levels

We want you to get the most effective workout possible. That’s why we’re the only studio in town that offers barre, yoga, TRX, circuit, strength, Pilates, and cardio classes for ONE competitive price. We want students to mix up their workouts—combo barre with yoga, TRX with cardio, or better yet, try them all! You’ll not only keep your body guessing with challenging exercises, but you’ll have way more fun working out! We guarantee that you will love our beautiful, warm studio! Please note that all participants must be 15 years or older. All minors under the age of 18 will require a parent signature during their first visit to the studio.

  1. From your Android, open Chrome and navigate to your studio’s website

  2. Navigate to your schedule page

  3. Choose the menu icon (the three dots in the upper right corner) and choose “Add to Home Screen"

  4. You can choose a name for your web app and then it will be added to your home screen for easy access
